I couldn’t find the forum that John had up last year for this, so I created a new one… it’s at http://www.crazymusician.net/forum. I’ll keep it public as long as spam doesn’t become a problem.

Hey old friends, who’s interested in throwing together another camping trip at some point this summer? We had such a great time last summer, it’d be a shame not to do it again.

Leave a comment if you’re interested and you can think of a good time for this to happen.

Some days I just feel like a rock sitting in the middle of a river, watching it go by around me. Today is one of those days.

school, work

Man oh man oh man. I woke up at 5:30 yesterday for work. I am sooooooo dead right now.

Staying awake in Psych is involving more effort than it ever should.

1. Mix cornstarch and soy sauce well
2. Add pork, carrot, onion, cabbage, pepper, and ginger; mix well

School board decision

When the parents stop sulking like children, perhaps they’ll finally realize that this was the best choice.

Good grief, if getting up for my 8:40AM class is so difficult, I don’t even want to know what getting up for 6:15 work is gonna be like.

As of Tuesday, we have four school board members who support closing two schools, two against, and one undecided.

I’m glad there are brains in that group who can see through the completely and totally selfish attitudes of certain residents of this town and see that the impact of closing schools would pale in comparison to the impact of cutting programs.

I’m also glad that all seven of them rejected Richardson’s proposed middle school band cut.

Band is life, yo.
