Now installing Windows XP Pro on my MacBook Pro. I want to see just how much faster Warcraft DOES run, and I want to try out New Super Mario Bros. before going out and buying a DS, since that’s half the reason I want one at the moment.

Other high(low?)lights…

• Work this summer has been mediocre at best. I signed up for vacation relief as I usually do to bump my status hours (what determines vacation/sick leave earnings), thinking it wouldn’t be used, as usual. Boy was I wrong. I’ve been working near-40 hour weeks… which is great, except I have no time off. Getting time off is nearly impossible… this weekend, I was barely able to get Saturday off, but not Sunday (yes, that means we won’t be able to go camping At least we can get the tux stuff done though).
• Wedding stuff isn’t coming along… We need to get the invitations sent, but I have had absolutely NO motivation to do it, and Maggie has no time between her class and work. We’re going to sit down and try and finish them Wednesday night and Thursday, but… blargh. Can’t this be done with already?
• This place is a complete disaster. I’m working on cleaning things up a bit while my computer is being defiled, but, as usual, I just don’t feel like I’m getting anywhere.
• And every day my primary monitor fades more and more into whiteness… sometime this summer I think I’m going to get a Dell 2007WFP (unless the 20″ Apple Cinema Display can be found at a comparable price). That’s some nice screen real estate right there.
• I discovered Sudoku tonight. My there be mercy on my soul.
• THIS KEYBOARD FUCKING SUCKS!
